Haven provides a one-stop service, from getting the hospital documents, booking cremation service or applying for burial, communicating with churches, booking venues, assisting the funeral service, to arranging niches and headstones.

教堂環境莊嚴且安詳，沒有其他宗教儀式的干擾，家屬可於同日內完成安息禮拜和出殯儀式，在完全寧靜的環境中聆聽上帝的話語，得着安慰。安息禮拜由牧師主持，程序一般包括宣訓、唱詩、讀經、牧師或傳道人帶領祈禱和祝福、瞻仰遺容等。信愛將跟進整個喪禮流程，由取得醫院文件、訂火化爐或購買墳場土地、與教會溝通聯絡、租用場地、協助安息禮流程，至辦理落葬事宜、做碑，信愛也會按着不同家屬的需要提供服務和協助。 信愛與不同的教堂保持聯繫，教堂地點遍佈港九新界，各有特色，家屬可按着需要來選擇地點，慕求完滿逝者和家屬之心願。
